The sorting machine with tablet flip system allows your operator to reliably inspect up to 50 kg of tablets per hour from both sides. The basic TST-25 machine can be equipped with a range of accessories to meet your individual needs, i.e. calibrated lights above the inspection area. Tablets with defects can be removed by the operator using a flexible handheld attachment with a vacuum nozzle. The flow of tablets from the hopper enters a vibrating perforated chute where coarse dust and chips are sieved and then collected in a container. The products arrive on the inspection platform in a single layer. The tablets are placed on a conveyor belt made of FDA food-approved material and are inspected by the top operator. A special system safely and smoothly inverts and transports the products to a second operator to inspect the bottom of the product. During the inspection steps, the tablets lie on the conveyor belt without movement or vibration. Any possibility of product contamination from friction of belts or chains is eliminated. There are no exposed oily assemblies or chains. Ergonomic design reduces strain on the operator. Built-in collection container is within reach of the operator. No need for an external vacuum cleaner by utilizing the compact Venturi suction system. The machine can be easily dismantled within minutes for cleaning.
