1) TRAINING ON PAPER AND PLASTIC BAGGING MACHINES.
All our customers, who have purchased the equipment, are provided with literature on the basics of dosing powders into bags. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used bag filling machines.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION WITH PACKAGING EQUIPMENT.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the preparation of bulk materials. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of equipment for mixing powders, granulators, feeding bulk products into packaging machines, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic machines for packing into paper and plastic bags, manual table-top machines for dispensers of bulk materials, we supply spare parts for bagging equipment purchased in our company.

I suggest the following course of action:
a) You buy a small paddle mixer for 20 liters or a little more – or a pastry dough mixer. In it you mix your 5% syrup with a small amount of any powder on your list. Then dry this, grind it into a powder, and incorporate it dry into the main mass of powder.
b) Buy a large 200 liter mixer for mixing dry powder. In it you mix all your powders + dried syrup with powder. Attention: if you allow the option of trying to mix a large amount of dry powder with some amount of syrup, you will have to wait a long time, and then the powder itself will stick to the blades, and dry such a mass will be longer in time and more expensive in money (energy). And besides, such a mass has to be discharged from the mixer somewhere.
Additional information
Bagging. First of all, you need to understand that you need to solve the issue of feeding the powder into the hopper of the machine that packs it into a bag.
