The operator adjusts the equipment to the dimensions of the carton. The cartons are manually loaded into the cassette from which they are fed into the conveying system. The packaging material from the roll is automatically fed to the wrapping area. All operations are carried out at high speed fully automatically. At the output the customer receives a wrapped box, which is thermally heated and tightly pressed to all sides of the box. Equipment ordering procedure: the customer sends to our office the exact dimensions of cardboard boxes, or specifies the dimensions of several types of boxes. We send these dimensions to the manufacturer to check the possibility of using the equipment for these types of boxes. If the answer is positive, we take the order to work. We will need to send 300-400 boxes of your size to the factory for debugging. When the equipment is ready, the manufacturer sends a video about the process of testing your machine.
