1) TRAINING IN BLISTER PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of packaging honey, ketchup, cream and liquids in blisters, as well as the use of packaging materials. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, helping to solve difficulties that arise during production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF BLISTER MACHINES.
We have a wide range of automatic blistering equipment for blistering of honey, ketchup, cream and liquids. At the customer’s request, we will select the optimal model of equipment for the number of cells and the shape of the finished package.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic blister machines and supply spare parts for any model of machines purchased in our company.

Additional information
Universal model of automatic blister machine for packing honey, liquid, ketchup into blister packs. The design of the equipment provides a system of work with roll packaging materials PVC and aluminum foil. The machine has a system of pulling materials, when heated on the PVC belt formed cells, then through the hopper with a system of distribution of liquid materials into the cells. Aluminum foil covers the PVC and welded by heating. The finished blisters are cut in a press mold. The process is fully automated and all heating systems are electronically controlled. Embossing of expiration date and batch number with dial metal letters. Cooling of the molds is provided by running or recycled water. It is necessary to use a compressor with compressed air.
