The principle of operation – inside the hopper, on the axis of the electric motor there is a rotating disk made of plastic, the disk has groups of holes. At the customer’s request, interchangeable disks are produced for each size and number of tablets. Tablets are poured into the hopper of the filling machine, the disk starts slow rotation, while the tablets fall into the cells of the disk, the excess tablets are removed by stops. Tablets from the cells fall into a special zone from which they are poured into the jars. The machine has an additional option – adjustable vibration, which contributes to filling the cells with tablets. The strength of vibration can be adjusted manually as needed. Also there is a disk speed regulator, you can adjust the rotation of the disk in 1,2, and more revolutions at the operation of the key-sensor. This makes it possible to order a disk with groups of holes of 10 pieces and using only one disk to pack tablets in cans of 10 pieces, 20 pieces, 30 pieces and so on. The counting machine has an electronic controller of disk rotation speed.
