First, the ampoules are immersed in a net and filled with water in an inclined tank, and then lowered into the washing machine. All ampoules are ultrasonically cleaned for about 1 minute. Each ampoule is separated by a screw and sent to the lifting unit. The lifting unit gently lifts the ampoule out of the water and feeds it to the mechanical arm of the large drum. A robotic gripper with a clamp clamps and turns the ampoule 180 degrees, turning the neck of the ampoule face down, so that it falls into the rinsing station below. After coarse washing, fine washing, jet cleaning and other steps, the robotic gripper lifts the ampoule vertically and sends it further. The ampoules are pushed onto the mesh belt of the dryer. The ampoules are preheated, sterilized and cooled in an oven to complete sterilization and drying. At both ends of the inlet and outlet of the dryer, photoelectric speed controllers are installed on the ampoule washing machine and dryer, which can improve the coordination and sequence of the production line. Put the sterilized and dried bottles into the packaging machine through the turntable. Using ultrasonic cleaning technology, the mechanical friction generated by ultrasonic cavitation is used to remove substances that are difficult to remove in ordinary bottle cleaning and have strong adhesion to the inside and outside of the bottle. The internal immersion ultrasonic transducer is used with low noise. At the same time, the washed container passes directly through the transducer, with strong ultrasonic radiation, small power loss and good cleaning effect. When cleaning by spraying water and air under pressure, the container is turned over and the nozzle is directly inserted into the container. This can make full use of the washing effect of the cleaning solution and compressed air, effectively removing foreign matter and residual water in the container. At the same time, each spray needle has its own washing process without cross-use. Various cleaning solutions are injected directly into the container through the spray needle without losing pressure.
The machine is equipped with three sets of filtration systems: purified water, compressed air and circulating water. The filter cartridge uses a pleated skirt filter element popular at home and abroad, the filtration accuracy of which is 0.45 μm and 0.2 μm respectively. Purified water enters the water tank for use as circulating water, constantly renewing the volume of circulating water. Excess water is discharged through the overflow hole. The use of electromagnetic valves to regulate the on/off time of rinsing with purified water and compressed air saves water and gas. Equipped with a liquid level switch to prevent the machine from running dry. The water and gas pressure can be adjusted using manual valves, and a pressure gauge is provided to display the pressure value. The circulating water supply system is equipped with a pressure control switch, ensuring its operation at normal pressure. This machine can be used independently or combined with sterilization drying machines, packaging machines and sealing machines to form a fully automatic production line. It is also equipped with automatic protection functions to ensure product quality. The device has a compact structure and occupies a small area.
