Compact semi-automatic machine for filling and ultrasonic sealing of the edge of plastic vials and ampoules BFS. It is used in the production of cosmetics, medicines, food products. The operator inserts empty plastic ampoules into the tooling on the rotary table, then the liquid is automatically filled with high dosing accuracy. From 1 to 5 ampoules are filled at a time. Then the edge of the ampoule is sealed with ultrasound, ensuring the tightness of the package. The equipment supplier can provide contacts of the manufacturer of BFS plastic ampoules. If necessary, you can order sets of molds for all the designs of BFS plastic ampoules of interest. The edge of the tube is clamped with a pneumatic drive. The height of the clamping lips is adjusted to the height of the ampoules. The manufacturer configures the equipment based on the buyer’s ampoule samples. The settings are controlled from the LCD panel.
