Additional information

Compact tabletop vacuum machine for gentle separation of closed and powder-filled hard gelatin capsules. The operating principle is that the operator removes a special cylindrical container with a capron bag. A large batch of powdered hard gelatin capsules is loaded into the bag. The operator then manually places the container with capsules into the vacuum machine. The modes are controlled on the machine panel. The vacuum inside the capsule opens all the capsules and the powder is separated from the capsules. The operator then manually removes the container from the vacuum machine and pours the powder and capsule parts through a sieve, to separate the capsules and powder. The powder is not contaminated by the capsules and their particles, as the capsules themselves are not destroyed and can be reused.
