Automatic viscous filling machine JFN-12

Automatic viscous filling equipment is designed and manufactured based on similar imported machines with advanced additional functions. The machine is simple and convenient to operate, and some defects for cleaning and maintenance have been corrected. It is widely used for various kinds of viscous products in the chemical industry for packing household chemicals, in the food industry for packing food products, as well as in the pharmaceutical and petroleum industries. Equipped with a discharge pump for filling with high accuracy and large variable dosage range. All discharge pumps are controlled simultaneously as a unit, minimum settings for each pump. This pumping system does not absorb the material to be filled, has good chemical resistance and thus has a particular advantage when filling erosive materials. All parts of the equipment in contact with the material are made of SS 316L and silicone tubing, which is easy to clean. The filling system has a compression function to prevent the leakage of liquids. Applicable for filling various kinds of viscous liquids. All electric elements are from famous brands of Italy AT, Japan Mitsubishi and Korea AUTONICS. Frequency conversion speed adjustment, automatic counting. The whole machine is fully compliant with GMP requirements. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
