Additional information
This model of granulator is a simple mechanical device that rubs the moistened powder through holes in a mesh or stainless steel sheet. The granulator: does not mix the powder; does not moisten the powder; does not mix the moistened powder; does not dry the granules; does not separate the granules into good and substandard; does not produce granules of the same shape size. The function of the granulator is to rub the moistened powder through the holes. It is simple and easy to check if the granulator is suitable for you. You put the moistened mass on the grid, with a plastic or steel spatula, wiping the powder through the grid with rubbing movements from side to side. In this way you will get samples of the granules. The quality of the granules depends on the combination of the substance that is moistened and the amount of this liquid in the mass of the powder. If you get quality granules with this experiment, you can safely buy a granulator.
