This model of granulator is a simple mechanical device that rubs the moistened powder through holes in a mesh or stainless steel sheet. The granulator: does not mix the powder; does not moisten the powder; does not mix the moistened powder; does not dry the granules; does not separate the granules into good and substandard; does not produce granules of the same shape size. The function of the granulator is to rub the moistened powder through the holes. It is simple and easy to check if the granulator is suitable for you. Strong moistening will not form granules, neither will weak moistening. Strong moistening will require a longer drying time for the granules. After evenly stirring the powder and moistening it, you get a mass ready for pelletizing. It is necessary to make a 400 x 400 mm frame out of wooden boards and nail a metal mesh on it. The thickness of the wire is not less than 0.5 mm, the mesh size is 2 mm by 2 mm. You put the moistened mass on the grid, with a plastic or steel spatula, wiping the powder through the grid with rubbing movements from side to side. In this way you will get samples of the granules.
