The press is fully automatic, the powder is pressurized by a pneumatic cylinder. Ejection of the finished tablet by mechanical drive. Powder feeding by hopper dispenser, dosing principle – volumetric dosing. There is an adjustment of the weight of finished tablets and pressing force. After a small adjustment procedure in manual mode, the tablet press can work in automatic mode. It is only necessary to feed the powder into the hopper-doser. The necessary molds can be ordered additionally at an extra cost. We recommend this model for laboratories and small productions where the quality of finished tablets and their purity is very important.Before you start working, you should carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation, then the operation will be clear and easy for you. The press has a lever handle for debugging and basic work. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the lever handle. The powder is fed through a movable foot. A funnel with a large volume can be mounted on the foot. When the press is rotated, the foot moves and feeds the powder inside the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. The tablet press is easy to set up and easy to operate for the entire life of the press. Obtaining different shapes and sizes of tablets is ensured by using an interchangeable set of press tools (punches and matrix). The range of diameters of ready tablets is from 4 mm to 9 mm. The shape of tablets – flat-cylindrical, with a groove and chamfer, spherical 3 depths (small, medium, deep sphere). It is possible to produce tablets with engraving logos.
