The scheme of operation of the press is to transfer by rotation of the lever to the shaft with an eccentric attached to it. The press is designed for pressing tablets by 1 piece. Capacity – 600 tablets per hour. Tabletpress 1000 is supplied with a set of molds: dies of different diameters (from 6 to 11 mm) and punches. Some of the punches have a long body and short shank, the other – on the contrary, a short body and a long shank. The punch with a long body is the upper one and is installed in the upper part of the press. The punch with a short body and a long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the die. It is installed in the lower part of the press. The press works in one mode – manual. Before you start working, you should carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation, after that the operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has a lever handle for debugging and basic work. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the lever handle. The powder is fed through a movable foot. A funnel with a large volume can be mounted on the foot. When the press is rotated, the foot moves and feeds the powder inside the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. The tablet press is easy to set up and easy to operate for the entire period of its use. Obtaining different shapes and sizes of tablets is ensured by using an interchangeable set of press tools (punches and matrix). The range of diameters of ready tablets is from 4 mm to 9 mm. The shape of tablets – flat-cylindrical, with a groove and chamfer, spherical 3 depths (small, medium, deep sphere). It is possible to produce tablets with engraving logos.
