A control system via LCD screen with high operating stability and extremely low failure rate is used. The main system is controlled by 10-inch touch screen, simple visual interface, in English with fault display function. Installed German LEUZE label sensors, automatic label inspection stations, stable and convenient, without high demands on the operator. Servo control with American AB powerful servo amplifier, stable with high response speed. Glass ampoules and vials are moved into the separation device, all ampoules keep a certain distance and move along the centerline. Transition to lock each ampoule without moving without labeling. Servo motor driver, controls the drive motor to feed the label. A rubber shaft trowel device on the ampoule for better adhesion. Labeling. Photoelectronic control elements, labeling accuracy, “no object – stop” function, automatic control of missing label. The main part of the labeling machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Different label sizes can be used. The system of pressing the label to the surface of the ampoule avoids air bubbles. Label feeding from the roll by electric stepper motor. Series, number and production date printing function can be added if required. Equipment and materials used in stainless steel and high-alloy manufacturing meet GMP manufacturing requirements.
