All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on powder conveying and installation schemes. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production with our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We render services in assistance in realization of used powder transportation equipment.
2) WE COMPLETE PRODUCTION WITH SCREW POWDER HANDLING SYSTEMS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for work with powder and bulk products. On customer’s request, we will select a model for installation in a line or on a separate machine for taking powders from containers or feeding powders into hoppers of devices.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of screw conveyors and supply spare parts for the equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
Screw conveyor for the transfer of powders without leakage, ensures the quality and cleanliness of the working area. Transported materials : coffee, dextrose, rice, acetylsalicylic acid caustic soda, milk powder, sugar, crushed aluminum oxide , detergents, poultry feather, tea, aluminum powder, paint powder, fish meal, nuts, wheat flour, boric acid, nickel powder, gelatin powder, pea granules, beer malt, yeast, coffee beans, gunpowder, potato flour, fertilizer, cocoa powder, dry glue, all kinds of powder materials. The screw conveyor can be fed directly from the container to the mixer (mixer), reactor, hopper, flat press, packer, vibrating sieve, dragee boiler and disintegrator. The use of this device can alleviate the intensity of labor, put an end to powder contamination and ensure GMP compliance. After some time, the whole process starts again and goes through a new cycle. The screw filler is equipped with automatic level control of the fed material. When the material level is higher than the portion in the hopper of the material feeder, the screw conveyor stops filling, but when the material level is lower, it starts automatically.
