1) TRAINING IN TABLET COATING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of tablet coating. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF TABLETS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the production of tablets. At the customer’s request we will choose the model of equipment for coating tablets with shells, shell atomization systems for tablet coating.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and tabletop tablet coating machine. We are engaged in supply of spare parts for any model of coating equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
Tablet coating machine meets the requirements of GMP. It is widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries, being the ideal equipment for coating tablets, pills, candies, chocolates with liquid film coating, organic coating or sugar coating. The main body is made of imported stainless steel, equipped with explosion-proof motor and frequency converter, cleaning device, computer control system, program control function and touch screen display device. A hot air spigot is introduced into the tablet coating machine. The heated surface of the coater can maintain the temperature of the sugar syrup and evenly distribute the shell over the entire surface of the tablets. The introduction of the coating agent into the tablets is carried out through a built in atomization system. The use of stainless steel coater allows you not to worry about oxidation of the working surface. The construction of the coating machine is made of stainless steel, which allows the use of detergents in daily operation of the equipment.
