Additional information

A rotating table feeds empty plastic or glass bottles one by one onto a conveyor belt, which moves the bottles to the washing unit. From the storage hoppers, the bottles are fed onto a conveyor belt, where the bottles are turned over and moved to the nozzles from which pressurized water is delivered. Orientation of the bottles with the neck downwards allows the bottles to be blown with compressed air through the nozzle. Conveyor speed, water temperature and other parameters of bottle washing are controlled by the operator. The washing area is covered with transparent plastic panels. The machine is perfectly compatible with filling and capping lines of any bottles. Washing quality complies with GMP standards. The machine effectively cleans the bottle inside and outside from stains and blows off water droplets, which provides favorable conditions for drying process. All parts are made of food grade stainless steel.
