The attached dust collector removes dust from the vibrating filtration disc using compressed air and the tablets are thrown out. Using the vibration function, the tablets move along the concave channel of the filtration disc. In the process of moving to the lower filter, the tablets are turned over and watered automatically, and the compressed air blows out the dust that the dust collector has sucked out. Equipment for sorting and quality control of tablets (plain or wrapped) on both sides. A sorting machine with a tablet flip system will allow your operator to reliably check up to 50 kg of tablets per hour on both sides. The basic TST-25 machine can be equipped with a number of accessories to meet your individual needs, i.e. calibrated luminaires above the inspection area. Tablets with defects can be removed by the operator using a flexible manual device with a vacuum nozzle. The flow of tablets from the hopper enters a vibrating perforated trough, where coarse dust and chips are sifted, which is then collected in the container. The products arrive at the inspection platform in one layer. The tablets are placed on a conveyor belt made of FDA food-approved material and are checked by the operator of the upper part. A special system reliably and smoothly turns over and transports the products to the second operator to check the lower part of the product. During the verification stages, the tablets lie on the conveyor without movement and vibration. Any possibility of contamination of the product from the friction of belts or chains is excluded.
