The multi-functional pellet coating equipment, a fluidized bed machine, combines the functions of pelletizing and coating by tangential spray, top spray and bottom spray. The high efficiency of this equipment reduces the cost of coating materials. The combination of several functions – granulation, pelletizing, coating, mixing and drying – reduce the process chain, contamination process and labor degree. Tangential spraying technique: granulation, coating, coating. Material from the fluidized bed is pushed upwards by a stream of hot air and makes regular rotational rolling motions in a specially designed container under the influence of the centrifugation of the rotating plate, the centripetal force of the container, the airflow and gravity. The liquid is atomized tangentially and creates a shell on the pellet core, which is coated with powder from the tangential atomizer to seal the shell. Top spray technique: pelletizing. The material on the fluidized bed rises upwards. Bottom spray technique: coating. The material is pushed upwards from the bottom of the guide tube stream by a hot stream of air, travels in one direction and is sprayed from below with a liquid coating to produce a dense coating.
