Additional information

The extrusion coil machine is mainly used for the pellet preparation process. The principle of operation is the use of a screw, whereby moistened powder is fed through a die where it is compacted into compact pellets. The equipment consists of an extruder and a spheronizer with different control systems. In the wet pelletizing process, dust can be completely eliminated. Very high pellet quality, pellets are good with smooth surface, uniform distribution of particles inside the ball, density up to 0.8 grams / cm 3 , up to 95%. The quality of the granules depends on the combination of the substance that is moistened and the amount of this liquid in the mass of the powder.
