Gel cooking kettle with pneumatic drive, entirely made of stainless steel AISI 316 for the production of the following products: creams, ointments, gels and glues. The kettle allows controlled heating and slow mixing of the product with the possibility of connecting a vacuum. There is a backlight with an LED flashlight to control the quality of the product. Raw materials are loaded through a small hatch. The reactor lid has everything you need to connect water. The boiler lid is lifted by a pneumatic drive. Temperature and mixing speed regulation are controlled by the operator. Upon request, we complete the equipment with heated flexible lines and a pump for transferring hot gel over any distance. The equipment comes with detailed instructions for the operating process.
