1) TRAINING IN ENCAPSULATION TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of powder encapsulation. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used capsule equipment.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for capsule production. At the customer’s request we will select the model of capsule filling equipment, granulators, powder mixers, dust removal equipment and capsule polishers, printers for printing logos on capsules, filling and packaging equipment for gelatin capsules.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic capsulators and supply spare parts for any model of capsule machines purchased in our company.

Question: do you want the same design as the one you have? The factory periodically changes the design of this model as they refine some chips.
2. You want the encapsulator to work with size “0” capsules. You also want 2 sets of disks.
Please note that one “0” capsule ring with all the tooling is already included in the price of the capsule maker. Do you need one additional set of size “0” disks or two?
3. We will send you a quotation for capsule polisher, as it is not included in the capsule maker kit.
4. You need spare parts for the capsulizer you have.
To order, please take pictures of these parts one at a time, number them and indicate the quantity needed for each spare part item.
We will send the list to the factory to make a quotation for you.
