A turbine agitator rotated by an electric motor is also mounted in the reactor vessel. The presence of three stirrers provides good mixing and grinding of ointment components. The apparatus is discharged through a ball valve, the reactor body has a jacket to which hot water with temperature up to 95 ° C or cold water with temperature up to 12 ° C is supplied. The reactor has remote control.
