The body of the automatic cartoning machine is made of stainless steel, has a closed air circuit, which makes the machine more convenient to operate. Innovative compact design and ergonomic structure provide the operator with maximum access to the equipment and easy cleaning. The cover of the equipment body is completely covered with high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the working area is made of aluminum alloy with tempered glass and a combined protective door, which guarantees the safety of the operator. The equipment packs products into cardboard boxes horizontally, the box is placed in a rotating chain according to the principle of a crank-slider mechanism using a suction cup. The rotating chain operates periodically in the same direction. The stationary box storage device holds 300 boxes, which allows for a stock of boxes. The control system uses a touch screen with a human-machine interface to communicate with the machine, which allows you to customize the program of each unit, keep statistics on the production status of the machine and display alarms about malfunctions. The automatic cartoning machine reliably loads the products with stable or normal appearance in a certain size range into a specific carton and seals them. This equipment can be used as the final machine in the automatic line to complete the task of cartoning products, and can also be used online.
