Capsule sorting equipment CC-12

Capsule sorting equipment is designed to remove empty capsules, capsule fragments and waste after capsule filling, and automatically selects capsules whose weight is below the allowable weight. This model can be connected to the main production line. After the sorting process, the capsules can be polished. In the sorting section, clean compressed air collects empty capsules, fragments and capsules with low weight into a collector. The compressed air pressure is displayed on the decompression filter’s measuring valve, which can be customized for different requirements. The finished capsules are ejected to the outside.
