During operation, the inlet and outlet pressures on the tablets are negative and there is no powder leakage. The dedusting section is completely separated from the gearbox. The design of the dedusting machine is simple, eliminates unnecessary removable devices, it is easy to disassemble, clean and assemble. All parts of the machine that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard for pharmaceutical machines. The DC electric motor provides infinitely variable speed control. The equipment can be operated in different modes, depending on the type of product and the required capacity. The sorting drum is driven by a gear box consisting of a DC motor and a gear train. The tablets are transferred from the lower zone to the outlet along the spiral plates on the sorting drum. The holes in the sorting drum facilitate burr removal. A compressed air blowing device continuously cleans the tablet surface over the entire distance. Under the action of atomized air, centrifugal force and gravity, dust is separated from the tablets and sucked into the dust collector together with the air.
