Structurally, the press has a base – a cast-iron frame, a powerful electric motor with a speed controller, an eccentric driven by a large pulley and a powder feed system from a large hopper into a movable boot. The mechanical tablet press is fully automatic, the pressure on the powder is exerted by a punch driven by an eccentric. The finished tablet is ejected by a mechanical drive. Powder is fed by a hopper dispenser, the dosing principle is volumetric dosing. There is an adjustment of the weight of the finished tablets and the pressing force. After a short adjustment procedure in manual mode, the mechanical tablet press can operate in automatic mode. It is necessary to regularly add powder to the hopper-doser. Punches with a long body are upper and are installed in the upper part of the press. Punches with a short body and a long working part are lower and their task is to push the tablet out of the matrix. They are installed in the lower part of the press. The press operates automatically. Before connecting the press to the network and starting work, you must carefully study the video instructions and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are carried out manually by rotating the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. Powder is loaded into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, washed and installed back.
