1) TRAINING ON FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINES.
All our customers who have purchased equipment are provided with literature on the basics of filling and capping liquids. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the sale of used filling and capping equipment.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF FILLING LIQUIDS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the preparation of liquid products. At the customer’s request, we will select a model of filling and capping, equipment for stirring liquids, machines for washing and sterilizing penicillin bottles, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic filling and capping machines, manual benchtop filling machines and supply spare parts for filling and capping equipment purchased from our company.

The empty bottles are then filled and conveyed by conveyor belt to the capping machine. The capping machine feeds the caps itself, puts them on and screws them on. It can be completed with a labeling machine.

After watching the filling video, you will realize that there is an inevitable pause at the moment of filling.
It will also be possible to set any time interval between the feeding of the next batch of empty bottles. This pause will allow the operator to catch a batch of filled bottles and put them in a box. Samples of bottles and caps will need to be provided for fabrication and set-up. The factory will test everything and take a video of how your machine already works. Then you make the decision to send it to USA.
Additional information
The inclined vial trays move the vials out to the filling unit. The machine fills one or two vials. The model can handle both aluminum caps and plastic caps. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no vial, there is no filling. From the accumulating vibration hoppers aluminum caps or plastic caps are fed to the capping units, where corks are corked vials, and aluminum caps are put on top. The caps are mechanically sealed using rotating heads. The finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. The machine is a filling device on the conveyor line for oral solution, which is used for filling, capping, compression of penicillin vials with the volume of 5-100 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials. We recommend sending photos and dimensions of vials, stoppers and aluminum caps to make a decision on the purchase of this equipment.
