It is necessary to make a frame of wooden boards 40 cm long and wide … a kind of square and on it nail (pre-tensioned) mesh of steel wire. The thickness of the wire is not less than 0.5 mm, the size of the cell 2 mm by 2 mm. You put the moistened mass on the grid and with a plastic or steel spatula wiping movements from side to side wipe the powder through the grid. The output will be some semblance of what a granulator will mechanically do. The quality of the granules depends on the combination of substances that are moistened and the amount of this liquid in the powder mass. TYPE #2. In a fluidized bed. Minuses of this technology Relatively high price, small batches of loading, the time of obtaining pellets is longer. Pros. There is a possibility to receive uniformly sized round spherical pellets, there is a possibility to control their size, equipment drying pellets and the output is a finished product. There is no need to buy additional equipment.

TYPE #3. Ideal for those who do not need to lose time for moisturizing, drying, selection of technology. Minuses of this technology: High cost of equipment, low productivity, overall dimensions. Pros. Powder is granulated by squeezing between metal rollers, a plate is formed, which is crumbled into cubes of the required size. By changing the pattern of notches on the rollers you can adjust the size of the particles. No pre-treatment with powder moistening, granules in pure form.
