Automatic desiccant filling equipment is designed for packing desiccant sachets into containers with tablets or capsules to protect them from moisture. Ribbon type desiccant sachets. Desiccant sachet feeding system with touch sensors. Two blades cut the sachets from the ribbon and the sachet is precisely loaded into the container. All parts in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 and SUS 316 (optional) or FDA approved materials. The machine will stop automatically if there are no containers or if the conveyor belt gets stuck. The bottle transfer conveyor is equipped with a speed variator. The frame and body of the machine are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. Complies with GMP standard. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
