The automatic machine operates with ready-made doy-pack bags with a free neck pre-loaded into the hopper. Ready doy-pack bags can have a special neck design for easy tear-off. The bag is moved to the filling area by vacuum suction cups, where it is opened and filled with liquid of the set dosage. There are various options for product feed systems. In addition to the equipment model with a dispenser for liquid products, a conveyor with a weighing batcher for granulated products or a weighing batcher for powders can be installed. All types of batchers ensure high filling accuracy by product weight. After filling, the doy-pack bags are either closed with a zip lock or sealed. An option is a printer that prints the expiration date and production date on the bag. Ready sealed doy-pack bags are taken away along the lower conveyor. The manufacturer can perform any combinations for this series of equipment. The main electronic mechanisms are used in the equipment of manufacturers from Taiwan, Sweden, Japan.
