The technological process is as follows: blister forming, blister filling with ampoules or vials, heat-welding, cutting and packing into cardboard boxes. It is controlled by PLC controller, has advanced self-monitoring functions: identification of broken blister, absence of vial (ampoule), absence of insert sheet or empty carton, rejection at 100% level.
