Alu/Alu/Alu/PVC automatic blister packaging machine is a high-speed equipment with automatic control system – PLC controller and touch screen, adjustable stroke length through interface, feeding by pneumatic rubber roller manipulator, which is controlled by servo motor independently ensures the stability and synchronization of operation. The independent design of mold and guide is convenient to operate and fully considers the operator’s safety during operation, and it is easy to keep clean at all times. The heating molding plate can automatically open and close when the molding material has not reached the set temperature, the machine will automatically delay the start to reduce material waste, and lower the temperature to save energy and improve film stability.

Pneumatic cushion sealing: the cylinder lifts the upper sealing molds when the machine stops, which avoids blister bubbling caused by heat radiation during the stop, while serving as a protection against overpressure and thus extending the service life of the machine. All parts, including the loading hopper that comes in contact with the material, are made of stainless steel.
