The machine can be operated in continuous mode, suitable for four-seam packs of any type of wet wipes or alcoholic, medical antiseptic wipes. One or two packs can be placed in a row, up to a maximum of four packs for medical wipes. Fully automatic pack shaper, electric photo sensor for cutting line marking. The wipes can be folded in different ways, maximum 8 folds vertically, 4 folds horizontally, and can be packed without folding in case of non-woven cloth wipes. The Japanese-made spraying pump is as accurate as possible and works with different liquids. Double gluing of the package provides good tightness, does not allow the wipes to dry out. The machine is completely made of stainless steel. The equipment is easy to clean. Maintenance is inexpensive. The special glass hood makes production cleaner and less noisy. The adhesive element is made of aluminum alloy, has high temperature resistance, not deformed by high temperatures.
