1) TRAINING ON SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINES.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of packaging in cardboard boxes, with wrapping with various packaging materials. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE PRODUCTION WITH MACHINES FOR CELLOPHANNING AND PACKAGING.
We offer several models to choose from automatic and semi-automatic equipment for wrapping and packing boxes in packaging films. At the customer’s request, we will select the optimal model of equipment in terms of productivity, box size and quality of sealing film.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines and supply spare parts for any model of machines purchased in our company.

Additional information
The operator adjusts the equipment to the dimensions of the carton. The boxes are manually loaded onto the conveyor belt. The packaging material from the roll is automatically fed to the wrapping area. All operations are performed at high speed fully automatically. At the output the customer receives a wrapped box, which is thermally heated and the packing material is tightly pressed to all sides of the box. Equipment ordering procedure: the customer sends to our office the exact dimensions of cardboard boxes, or specifies the dimensions of several types of boxes. We send these dimensions to the manufacturer to check the possibility of using the equipment for these types of boxes. If we receive a positive response, we accept the order. We will need to send 20-40 boxes of your size to the factory for debugging. When the equipment is ready, the manufacturer sends a video about the process of testing your machine. We have a manual in USAn for this machine.
