The line consists of two machines working together. The first machine – packs tea into pyramids with a thread and a label. A conveyor from containers transfers each pyramid to the machine by packing in a cellophane envelope. A machine for individually packing pyramids in a cellophane envelope. The tea prepared for packing is loaded into a storage hopper. The dosage of portions is carried out by weight dispensers. Portions of tea are moved to the pyramid formation zone (a flat bag can also be formed). Nylon fabric with attached threads and labels from the roll is fed into the dosing zone. The machine forms a pyramid with tea. After forming the pyramid, they are moved by conveyor buckets to the packaging machine. An envelope is formed from the rolled material into which a pyramid with tea is automatically placed. Finished packages are loaded into a cardboard box at the bottom of the machine. The expiration date and batch number are applied by a special printer that is included in the delivery package. The necessary settings and parameters are regulated by the operator on the electronic control panel.
