The semi-automatic machine works with ready-made bags, which the operator manually puts on the neck of the filling machine. From the hopper the vibrating feed of the product that fills the bag starts. On the conveyor belt on which the bag stands there is a high-precision scale that controls the weight of the product entering the bag. As soon as the weight of the dose is reached, the vibration and feeding of the material stops. The bag closing process is performed by an automatic sewing machine. A conveyor belt with a weight dispenser moves the finished filled bags to the side. All types of dispensers ensure high filling accuracy by product weight. The manufacturer can perform any combination of equipment for this series of equipment. The main electronic mechanisms are used in the equipment of manufacturers from Taiwan, Sweden, Japan. It is possible to connect the electronic system of the filling machine to a computer.
