Additional information
Automatic system for horizontal feeding of vials on a conveyor belt. The system turns on automatically and pulls the label from the roll and presses the label. Compact structure and easy operation. Photoelectronic control elements, labeling accuracy, “no object – stop” function, automatic control of missing label. The main part of the labeling machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The possibility of using different sizes of labels. The system of pressing the label to the surface of the ampoule avoids air bubbles. Label feeding from the roll by electric stepper motor. Series, number and production date printing function can be added if required. Equipment and materials used in stainless steel and high-alloy manufacturing meet GMP manufacturing requirements.
