The principle of operation of the blister machine for packing a live bloodworm into a blister is as follows: a group of cells is formed from a rolled PVC material (it can be transparent or colored, 160 mm wide, a group of cells is heated, then a mixture of water and bloodworm is poured into the hopper, a special agitator mixes the bloodworm in water so that the cells are filled with a uniform composition. Filling is performed by volumetric dosing, the number of pistons with which the dose is drawn (water + bloodworm) is equal to the number of blister cells. Each cell has its own dispenser. After filling the cells (and 24 cells are filled immediately), the foil is welded to the blister. Welding by heating, but the temperature does not rise so high and the heating duration is minimally short, the bloodworm does not overheat and everything is fine with it.
