The human-computer interface makes operation simple and straightforward. The filling head does not leak, does not form foam and is protected against overflow. All components are made of stainless steel and comply with GMP standards. Most of the pneumatic components are located inside the fitting. Automatic and mechanical filling, precise calculation by programmable peristaltic pumps. The machine is electrically powered, controlled by LCD display, fully automatic production of suppository products from PVC/PE film as packaging material.
Forming heat energy is generated and maintained by temperature element, and cell forming pressure is converted from compressed air to mechanical energy by multi-group cylinder.
