The press is compact and easy to set up. Tablet press UNIC 600A is a single punch press of eccentric type. The operating scheme of the press consists in transferring, by means of a gearbox, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which there is an eccentric. The press is designed for pressing tablets of 1, 2 and 3 pieces. Capacity 3600 tablets per hour with 1 punch, 7200 tablets per hour with 2 punches, 10800 tablets per hour with 3 punches. Tablet press UNIC 600A is supplied with a set of molds: dies of different diameters (from 6 to 25 mm) and punches. Some of the punches have a long body and a short shank, while the other has a short body and a long shank. The punch with a long body is the upper one and is installed in the upper part of the press. The punch with a short body and a long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the die. It is installed in the lower part of the press. The press works only in automatic operation. Before plugging the press into the network and starting work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and reinstalled. The powder is fed from the hopper via a movable foot. As the press rotates, the foot moves and feeds the powder into the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. There is a control unit (ON and OFF buttons) on the press body.
