Additional information

The machine has a conveyor belt on which penicillin vials sealed with a rubber stopper are fed to a rotating disk. The disc grabs one vial at a time and carries it to a device that puts an aluminum cap on the vial. The equipment has a vibrating feeder and feeds the aluminum caps automatically. Next, a disk moves the vial with the cap to the rolling machine. The edges of the cap are clamped and the vial is transferred via a conveyor belt to a storage unit or further down the line. Finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
