1) TRAINING IN TABLET AND CAPSULE QUALITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of detection of metals and inclusions in tablets, capsules and powders. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used metal detectors. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF TABLETS AND CAPSULES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for testing tablets, capsules and powder. At the customer’s request we will select the model of mixer, powder mixer, granulators, vibrating screen, filling and packaging equipment for powders together with metal detectors.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of laboratory and industrial metal detectors and supply spare parts for any model of such equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
The detector detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metallic contaminants in products, even if such contaminants are embedded in the product. Waterproof design, easy to clean. Special design can effectively prevent vibration, noise and external factors such as product effect. Separation unit and product-contacting metal parts made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel. Used as part of any pharmaceutical lines, and ensures that the production line will work as usual. Improved quality of work. Optimization of production chains and increased operational efficiency.
