The system feeds empty penicillin vials piece by piece onto a rotary table, which moves the vials to the filling unit. The machine fills one vial. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no vial, there is no filling. From the accumulating vibration hoppers rubber stoppers and aluminum caps are fed to the capping units, where the stoppers are corked bottles, and aluminum caps are put on top. The caps are mechanically sealed using rotating heads. The finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. The machine is a filling device on a conveyor line for oral solution, which is used for filling, capping, compression of penicillin vials with the volume of 5-30 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
