The double system of vibrating counters and filling machines for tablets and hard gelatin capsules is a part of the automatic line for filling tablets and gelatin capsules into plastic bottles with sealing the necks of the bottles with aluminum membranes, sealing with caps, sticking self-adhesive labels. The design has wave-shaped guides on which tablets or gelatin capsules are moved to the control zone by optical sensors, and then into bottles. The quantity is programmed in the menu of the electronic control panel. Groups of tablets or capsules are poured into bottles, which are conveyed to the filling zone by a conveyor belt. The bottles are then transported to the capping machine.
