Additional information

Empty plastic vials are conveyed on a conveyor belt to a rotating disk. The cells of the rotating disk move the vials to the powder or granule metering unit. The machine fills two vials simultaneously with powder. Optical sensors monitor the presence of the vials. If there is no vial, there is no powder supply. From the storage hopper the caps are fed to the capping unit, where they are combined with the vials. The caps are screwed on by mechanical clamping of the vials by rotating heads. Finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
