Industrial powder pelletizing extruder CJM-8J

CJM-8J industrial powder pelletizing extruder. Mixing powder materials, fillers, uniform wet mixing to get loose or lumpy material. After starting the equipment, the screw feeder feeds the material flow into the extrusion chamber, where it is pressed through the screening screen by the extruder, and finally a compact cylindrical extrudate of different lengths is formed. This machine consists of motor, gearbox, transmission mechanism, gate chamber, screw charger, screen, cover, control system, bracket, etc. Grid plate of different diameter (0.4mm – 3.0mm) can achieve cylindrical shape of extrudate of different diameters. Uniform extrusion, good density, high final ratio. High production efficiency, ability to supply material for multiple spheronizers. Radial twin-screw extrusion, low material pressure, ability to extrude sensitive material requiring delicate handling quickly and without temperature rise. Coaxial single-screw extrusion, with the option of optional container cooling or heating.
