1) TRAINING IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF BALLS AND DRAGEES.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of coating on dragees and tablets, as well as the formation of balls from plastic materials. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF BOYLES AND DRAGEES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the production of boyles and dragees. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of equipment for mixing powders with each other, mixer for moistening powder, equipment for kneading dough.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic machines for boules and dragees and supply spare parts for any model of machines purchased in our company.

If you are determined to do this, you need to buy the following equipment:
1. Blender (any semi-professional) at home appliance stores.
2. a semi-professional dough mixer from home improvement stores.
3. a tabletop boyle machine (from us) to test and select your technology. When you have your technology, you can buy some variant of an automatic machine.
Additional information
Sugar TABLETS. You need to understand what shape and size of tablets are required. What capacity in thousands of tablets per hour is required. Tablets can be regular cylindrical or complex shapes.
Sugar pressing is possible, but only in a humidity and temperature controlled room. This will avoid sugar sticking to the press molds. It is preferable to press a mixture of powdered sugar and crushed granulated sugar, having crushed it in 2 times. This will ensure the bulkiness of the powder when the press is running.
You will need the following equipment:
1. A forced-cooling sugar grinder.
2. A mixer for mixing powder and fine sugar crystals
3. a tablet press suitable for your capacity.
