Tabletop machine for filling hard gelatin capsules with powder, model RR-100. Designed to work with capsules in assembled form. The working process is divided into several operations. Orientation of capsules – using a special device, the operator fills the plates with holes with capsules. At the same time capsules are placed in the plates with their lids upwards. Separation of capsules – using special clamps, half of the capsules are fixed in the plates. Then the operator manually separates the capsules in a group. Capsule filling – the plate with the long half capsules is placed under the limiting plate, which is used to control the amount of powder during filling. Powder is poured onto the plate in advance calculating the dose for all 100 capsules. The powder is spread over the capsules with a plastic scraper. If it is necessary to add dose weight to each capsule, a pressing device is used. An additional dose of powder is then delivered to the vacated space in the capsule. Capsule joining – the operator joins the two plates to the capsule halves, followed by the process of snapping the capsule lock. Capsule extraction – after filling the capsules with powder, the operator squeezes the plate with ready capsules with his hands and the capsules are pushed out of the plate holes. Then all operations are repeated with new empty capsules. The equipment comes with a detailed instruction manual with illustrations of the working process.
