1) TRAINING IN THE PRODUCTION OF MEDICAL BALLS.
All our customers, who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of coating on dragees and tablets, as well as the formation of balls from wet materials. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. 2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF BOYLES AND BALLS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the production medical balls. At the request of the client will select the model of equipment for mixing powders with each other, mixer for moistening powder, equipment for kneading dough.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic machines making for balls and supply spare parts for any model of machines purchased in our company.

Additional information
The material to be loaded into the machine must be plastic. The receiving hopper has an auger and replaceable dies, which adjust the diameter of the future balls or baubles. The auger presses the plastic mass through the die, forming a sausage, which is automatically cut and transferred to the rotating rollers. There the round balls are formed. The machine is designed for stable operation. Low noise level. Easy to operate and clean. Made of stainless steel and meet GMP requirements. Can be used in pharmaceutical and food production, as well as for making fish bait (baits). The parts in contact with the material are treated with non-stick compound. There is no dust and drips during the operation of the equipment. The obtained balls have the same size, weight identity up to 98%. Beforehand, you must prepare your powder or material by giving it a plastic shape. This can be by moistening or heating. The machine only forms balls from a plastic dough-like mass. Dry powders cannot be turned into balls on the machine. The operator prepares the powder, introduces dry plasticizer and water. As a plasticizer can be – alginate, gelatin, various types of food and technical glue. Mixing by hand or mechanically formed plastic mass, which is tested by hand to check its elasticity and ability to form balls. The prepared plastic mass is fed into the machine prepared for use.
